Wrongful Death Suit Commenced in Nevada Bus Crash

The number of equipment with safety violations in commercial rigs never ceases to amaze me. In the future, I may provide the percentage of tractor-trailers or buses, which fail inspection.

On April 8, the Las Vegas SUN reported, “A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed over the crash last August of a charter bus carrying casino workers from Primm to Las Vegas.” The complaint states, “three days after the crash, the Nevada Highway Patrol inspected seven identical buses and found six had ‘massive weight distribution problems resulting in an excess amount of pressure being placed on one side of the bus.’”
