Are Trans-Fats Defective Products ?

November 8, 2013

The Food and Drug Administration will force a ban of heart – clogging trans fats. It is expected the ban will prevent 20,000 heart attacks and 7000 deaths per year.

Many will say the government should not get involved in regulating business. But who should pay the health care costs if business is allowed to continue to incorporate the product in processed foods?
