Niagara truck accident-charge of impaired driving

Last night grandparents walking with their grandchild were struck by an allegedly impaired driver the Niagara Parkway. More tourist and shoppers are being seen in Niagara County and Erie County, New York and there is a tremendous amount of visitors to Niagara, Ontario. We don’t expect an accident or car crash while on vacation or visiting for a shopping trip.

The 76-year-old man and his wife were visiting from Québec when struck by a pickup truck on the Niagara Falls Parkway. The grandfather lost his life and his wife is hospitalized with serious personal injuries. If you are drinking, get a designated driver.
