Mentoring Law Students

As an attorney, I make a conscious effort to give back. One of the things I enjoy most is mentoring new law students from the University at Buffalo School of Law.

Last week I met many of the first year students. They are smart, engaged, and positive. I was so impressed with the new student I will be mentoring. He works hard, is committed and I know he will do very well.

For those attorneys who have not mentored, I urge you to do so. Being a lawyer is more than handling cases. The incoming law students remind us of this.
