The AAJ is calling for new regulations directed at improving the safety of passengers on commercial transportation vehicles. Proposed standards would include installation of electronic devices to monitor driver fatigue, seat belts, and stronger vehicle construction. Commercial trucks are also included in this call for more stringent standards.
