John P. Feroleto Places First

The New York State Bar Association asked John Feroleto to serve in the continuing legal education program Expert Testimony- What You Need to Know in New York. The program was held November 18, 2010.

Last week Walmart recalled baby bibs laden with toxic lead. The heavy metal can cause brain damage, neurological and other permanent injury. We have known about the toxicity of lead for decades.

As an attorney who handles vehicle defect cases I see unnecessary injuries when companies fail to disclose problems. But take a look at Toyota’s relationship with the National Highway Safety Administration (NHSTA) and its success in keeping defects out of the press and getting corrected.
