John Feroleto and Paul Becker provide continuing legal education in Buffalo, NY

This morning, Friday, October 26, 2012 Buffalo injury attorneys John Feroleto and Paul Becker presented for the National Business Institute (NBI). The seminar was to teach other injury attorneys advanced personal injury and was titled, “Mastering your Practice.”

John spoke on proving damages, while Paul spoke on working with expert witnesses. Expert witnesses are necessary in cases such as bus accidents, truck accidents, or cases involving defective products. Also, specialists in medicine, lost wages and benefits, and life care plans for those severely injured are experts that are often called as witnesses to explain damages.
