The heroic acts of a local bus aide shielded a 4 year old child in a school bus rollover accident yesterday. A car driver failed to stop at the intersection of County and Strickler Roads in Clarence New York about 7:30 AM and hit the bus t-bone.

The bus driver saw the car coming and yelled the quick acting aide sought to protect her young ward ,covering the child with himself. The bus rolled over ending up on its roof. Hats off to a remarkable person for a job well done.
