Feroleto Speaks at WNY Labor Law Symposium

October 11, 2013

Yesterday, October 10, 2013 attorney John Feroleto spoke at the Western New York Labor Law Symposium in Buffalo, NY. John discussed topics involving New York State’s Scaffold Law and the importance of this law in protecting workers from construction site injuries.

Scaffold Law is currently under attack in New York State. We all, at Feroleto Law, feel that this law absolutely must remain law. This law protects workers when they work at heights. There is a lot of propaganda currently being passed around that our Scaffold Law raises insurance rates and runs business out of New York State. This is not true. This law must remain.
