Bronx bus crash witnesses state the bus was moving erratically at a high rate of speed and repeatedly veered onto the shoulder of the highway before the accident.

As a truck and bus accident attorney I frequently see very disputed facts. Here, the bus driver says a tractor-trailer clipped the bus , causing the crash. Hopefully investigation will clear the innocent party and identify the party which caused the deaths and injuries The drivers sleep or lack of it will be looked into.
