Witnesses report the March 12 bus that crashed on I 95, near New York City killing 14 an injuring many more was moving “at a high rate of speed” The bus was traveling from the Mohegan Sun casino in Connecticut at daybreak yesterday.

At this time it is unknown if the driver slept Friday night or when he last slept.

In a separate matter, a hill collapse landslide in the Cattaraugus village of West Valley closes route 98. Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies could not state when the road would be open for traffic.
