On Thursday, June 21, 2012 John Feroleto is serving as a speaker in the Advanced Trial Tactics Program through NBI (National Business Institute). John’s presentation will focus on finding and dealing with experts for trial.
In cases involving dangerous products, truck accidents, medical negligence, and other personal injury cases there is a need for effective expert testimony. Mr. Feroleto will discuss how to find an expert, vetting the expert, using an expert for trial preparation, and the direct and cross-examination of an expert witness at trial.
