Attorney Miriam Trojanovic

With a commitment to justice and a client-first approach, Miriam has devoted her work to representing individuals and families affected by serious personal injuries. She helps her clients navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Miriam focuses on cases involving motorcycle crashes, traumatic brain injuries, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and nursing home abuse.

Miriam grew up riding motorcycles with her dad. As an avid motorcycle rider, Miriam brings a unique and personal understanding to motorcycle crash cases. That firsthand perspective and connection to the riding community fuels her passion for advocating for injured riders and ensuring their worthy voices are heard.

Miriam earned a J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law and served as the Buffalo Law Review’s Executive Editor. Miriam holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Spanish from Canisius College, when she studied abroad in Spain and gained mastery in Spanish. Por eso, cuando hablen español con ella, detectarán su acento madrileño.

With a background rooted in research, communication, and advocacy, she approaches each case with careful preparation, attention to detail, and a strong sense of purpose.

When not in the office or courtroom, Miriam enjoys hiking New York’s scenic trails with her husband and exploring the state’s natural beauty. Miriam also keeps a garden to feed her cooking passion. These personal passions keep her grounded and deeply connected to the people and communities she serves.

Clients will experience Miriam’s compassion, responsiveness, and relentless dedication to achieving results. Whether negotiating a settlement or preparing for trial, she works hard to protect clients’ rights and secure the compensation they deserve.
