Pedestrians hit by Car

Recently, there have been too many reports in the Buffalo News and local television news of pedestrians being hit by cars. A Niagara Falls man was struck by a car, suffering injuries to his collarbone and head. Another woman was hospitalized after being struck by a car on Main Street in Amherst and is reported to have serious head trauma along with and leg injuries. In Batavia, New York a pedestrian was killed while crossing Main Street in November. In December a woman in Buffalo was riding a mobility scooter when she was hit by a car and killed. The driver who unconscionably left her and fled the scene.
